Her Excellency, Dr. Chekesha Michelle Catlin, CDKA, Chaplain, is an extraordinary entrepreneur, a philanthropist, a business coach, author, motivational speaker, dynamic child of God, loving mother of two children and a Big Dreamer! She is the founder of BeAvoice Today Inc., a 501(c)(3) Federal Tax Exempted Non-Profit organization. Dr. Catlin is also the visionary and owner of Proud Mary Waterfront Restaurant, Panache Boutiques Worldwide, The Smoke House, CM Business Institute, Be Fearless Productions, and she is the Executive Producer of "Ready Set Go," a weekly inspirational show.

Dr. Catlin is the creator of "5 Steps to Self-Discovery," a self-help system for aspiring entrepreneurs and "Be-Fearless" an annual women’s holistic retreat. She is the author of “Battling the Enemy Within: How to Live a Fearless Life," and "Financial Detox, How to Live a Boss Lifestyle, Ready Set Go "A 28-day Journey to Becoming a Better Version of You."

Dr. Catlin has a Master of Arts, in Human Services with concentrations in Urban Development and an Undergraduate in Business Administration. Currently, Dr. Catlin serves as a Goodwill Ambassador for Olof Palme Peace Foundation International, The Jamaica Chapter, a United Nations NGO. She has worked as a Community Case Manager with the Department of Health, Probation Officer at Department of Juvenile Services, volunteered for several non-profits, organized over 150+ community initiatives to support the disadvantaged population and she has supported organizations through charitable donations to assist those in need. Dr. Catlin has personally mentored, counseled, and trained over 2,300 juveniles and women reentering into society, those desiring to change careers, wanted to start businesses, in crisis situations, or simply wanted a fresh start in life.

Dr. Catlin is simply passionate about life. She believes everyone deserves a rebirthing in their life through continued education, and training. Dr. Catlin continues to actively serve her community and prides herself at being a role model. Empowering and inspiring individuals to Be-Fearless is a skill that she is passionate about. She believes being that voice today can catapult someone to live the best life they desire.
